Experience
I have been a gym instructor/ personal trainer for the last 13 years. In this time I have developed many skills and learned new ones. It is a fantastic environment to have the opportunity to continually learn new techniques, methods and implement skills learned. This is easily done whilst working with my 25-30 current clients to find out what best works for the individual person.
