Prior to commencing my employment at Fitness Experience, I worked for a luxury health club, with both adults and children. There I ran personal training sessions, group exercise sessions, football-specific training and youth development programs.
I have a passion for the fitness lifestyle and like to lead by example by being a great role model for my clients. I post regular videos and updates of my meal preps and recipe ideas for people to try for themselves to enhance their personal fitness journey.
My desire to do well in sports enabled me to excel in Thai boxing and Skiing; moulding my personal strength and conditioning has allowed me to have a greater depth of knowledge when planning my clients’ progress and fitness goals.
Time With Fitness Experience
Since joining Fitness Experience, I have built a strong base of clients with 70% of them sustaining their training with me for more than 6 months. I believe that you need to be able to empathise with all of your clients, to put yourself in their shoes, to achieve the greatest results for each individual. I offer a personable service promoting positivity which enables my clients to see the long-term approach empowering them to reach their goals with feedback through social media. I find this approach motivates clients and allows me to effectively monitor programs and nutrition targets in order for them to reach their goals.
I have worked with a variety of clients, ranging from 18 – 65 years old, being male and female all having different goals and fitness journeys. I have supported diverse clients in a variety of manners including: post-natal clients, clients recovering from major heart surgery and sports players. This experience has allowed them to reach their goals albeit: lose weight, get their confidence back to train and become fitter than they have ever been, become fitter, stronger and much leaner or most importantly developing clients’ wellbeing so they are happier and healthier with their bodies.
I am thrilled to be responsible for managing Fitness Experience’s corporate wellbeing programme where I promote good staff wellbeing and fitness to businesses.
Living a healthy lifestyle is key to my life and I like to be busy. I have a huge passion for all sports and am willing to give any of them a go. Whilst working in Australia, I took up surfing; I now continue this in Cornwall annually! Skiing is so much fun and always a challenge so I find it’s a great way to push myself and reach new goals whenever I hit the slopes. I’ve always been a footballer and fan from a young age and have followed Manchester United my whole life! I’m car mad and love a road trip out in the country whenever possible. My thrill-seeking mentality for going fast recently prompted me to take up horse riding. I’ve actually become rather addicted to it, as it’s a massive buzz when you turn up the pace and get the GG rushing forwards. Yeehaaaa!
