I have been a Personal Trainer for over 6 years and have gained a wide range of knowledge and experience along the way. This experience has driven me to develop my skill set in order to become a better trainer. I am a strong believer in the positive effects exercise has on the physical and psychological wellbeing.
I dedicate myself to each session in order to tailor to the needs of my clients, as well as motivating them to leave their exercise comfort zones in order to reach optimal results. Ultimately, helping people reach their fitness goals is what fuels my passion.

Since Joining the team here at FX I have helped people lose up to 4 stone in just 6 months and transform their body’s whilst re discovering their motivation for the gym.
Prior to becoming a Personal Trainer, I played football professionally for 2 years (representing at international level as a youth) and currently play at semi-professional level. I have always shown a great enthusiasm towards sports and Fitness throughout my life.
