Adele – ACL Rehabilitation


“Back out running outside since I tore my  ACL back in March. With a lot of hard work and strength training at FX have managed to get back to this point without having  to have surgery to repair it. Thanks to Mike for pushing me in my PT sessions and for getting me back to this stage. I never thought id be running again properly let alone so soon. I managed twice around Queens Park without stopping  in 22 minutes. Just shows you can do anything if you put your mind to it.”

I suffer from IBS and avoid gluten/wheat, so not an easy one, but help is on hand. I have a competitive nature and always look forward to a challenge each week.
