Vicki – Weight Loss
Vicki joined FX in early March with the goals of improving fitness and losing some weight. To help with her focus, she decided to challenge herself to a 10km run she’d booked for 24th May! Like many of our members before they start their fitness journey with us, Vicki wasn’t sure what to expect, or even if FX would be right for her, but thanks to recommendations from some of our community, she decided to give it a try.
Vicki joined us on the 8 week home workout programme so we could continue to provide her the support and guidance needed to reach her goals online.In addition to the workouts and nutrition, we also focused on other areas throughout the programme via our Webinars. As experienced coaches, we know some things are the easiest for people to ignore (Focus, clarity, commitment, recovery and more), but in the end tend to be the things that halt progress.
Not only did she drop over 5kg throughout the programme (in addition to the loss before we closed the doors), but today she also managed to get the 10km run done- not as a public event, just by making the decision to achieve her goals!
